Scouts & Guides
Len was a big supporter of Scouts and Guides, having spent many years involved as a child, then as an adult himself.  He learned surveying from his lifelong mentor and friend John Richmond (Skip or Mr. Mond to his Scouts) and Len spent many weekends away surveying with the Scouts in the Blue Mountains of New South Wales. Len's children all attended Scouts and Guides in Salisbury, where some of these pictures were drawn.
