Items that are faulty, unsafe or do not match their description will be refunded or exchanged where proof of purchase is provided. We are also happy to provide a refund where the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase unused, in original condition, accompanied by proof of purchase and do not fall within the exceptions * below.

*Special Orders, Calendars, Sale Items, CDs or DVDs where the seal or packaging is not intact.

To return an online order within the refund policy period, please contact us and we will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.

Delivery options: Shipping to an Australian address

Postage and handling is charged by weight as per the table below. Please enquire if express postage is required as this will be charged at Express Post rates - orders@lenbeadell.com.au

Deliveries to destinations outside Australia is available upon request. Please contact orders@lenbeadell.com.au for an obligation free quote.
